Do WHATEVER you must to snag this one - wow! We have about 25 cases and that’s it!
Beaulieu Vineyards (BV) is, of course, a legend in the Napa Valley since 1900. They were one of the few wineries able to make wine during that dark period known as Prohibition, and the home of one of Napa’s patriarchs, the also-legendary Andre Tchelistcheff. "Maestro" refers to Andre’s skill and influence that helped catapult BV to what it is today. The story is so familiar it could write itself. The winemaking legacy of Beaulieu Vineyards remains unbroken for more than a century. Georges de Latour and his wife Fernande moved from France and purchased 127 acres of land to produce wine that rivaled French wine. "Quelle Beau Lieu" means “What a Beautiful Place" and still today, BV stands as one of the greatest legacy wineries in the USA!
Imagine how we tried to comprehend this deal when it came across our email. Needless to say, we bought as much as we could! The 2017 Maestro is classic BV, restrained but effusively black/blue fruited, with toasty spices and an easygoing, rich texture.
Will sell out in a flash...don't miss!
